About Margarita
Margarita Taglia is the founder of Finchley Foot Clinic.
Margarita is a HCPC registered podiatrist graduating from the University College London in 2000. She has now gained over 20 years experience dealing with a wide variety of foot conditions both privately and in the NHS.
She believes that effective podiatry starts with understanding the person behind the symptoms. By taking the time to listen, assess and explain the cause of a problem, Margarita helps patients feel confident in their treatment and achieve long term improvements in their foot health.
Margarita has experience managing a wide range of podiatric conditions, from routine foot care and painful skin and nail problems to more complex foot and lower limb issues. Her calm and reassuring approach ensures that every patient receives professional, compassionate care tailored to their needs.

Sophia is the Co-owner of Finchley Foot clinic.
Sophia is a specialist podiatrist with a particular interest in biomechanics, sports injuries and movement-related conditions. She works with runners, athletes and active individuals to understand the underlying causes of pain, helping patients move better, perform better and reduce their risk of future injury.
With a strong background in sports and exercise medicine, Sophia combines detailed clinical assessment with advanced biomechanical analysis to develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle.
Her approach focuses on looking beyond the symptoms to identify why an injury or problem has developed in the first place. Using tools such as gait analysis, Footscan pressure mapping and movement assessment, Sophia helps patients understand their body better and take confident steps towards recovery.

Anna is a HCPC registered podiatrist who graduated from the University of East London in 2013.
With extensive experience in general foot health and foot pathologies, she is dedicated to diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot conditions while educating patients on proper foot care to prevent recurring issues.
Anna provides expert podiatry care at the Finchley Foot Clinic on Thursdays and Saturdays and is also part of our domiciliary team, offering home visits for patients who require treatment in the comfort of their own home. With a patient focused approach, Anna ensures that every individual receives the highest standard of care to improve mobility, comfort, and overall foot health.

Lauren was born and raised in New Zealand to Scottish parents and has spent a lot of time in the UK and Europe over the years, so settling in London feels like a natural step.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys running, going to the gym, exploring new places, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
She is known for being supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in the people she works with. Whether it’s helping someone manage a long term issue or guiding them through a return to sport plan, Lauren brings a calm, practical, and patient centred approach to every appointment.
