This Cancellation & Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is applicable on the patients/users who book an appointment for Finchley Foot Clinic (hereinafter referred to “you” or “your” or ”patient”) on our website – (hereinafter individually as well as collectively, referred to as the or “Site” or “Website”).

If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, then you cannot book an appointment on our website.

a) Cancellation by Patients: The Patients are entitled to cancel the appointments booked by them. Where you cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours or more left prior to the scheduled appointment time, full refund of the booking amount will be made. However, in cases of cancellations with less than 24-hours remaining prior to the scheduled appointment time, or in case of no-show, no refund of the booking amount will be made. Once the Patient cancels the booking within the free cancellation period mentioned above, he/she receives the funds back into the original payment method. To cancel, contact us at b) Cancellation by us: We may at times cancel or reschedule an appointment with you for certain reasons beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will try to accommodate you by rescheduling the appointment as per your convenience, but cannot make any guarantees in that respect. We will get into touch with you in such cases.
c) Time Period of Credit: Once we accept your refund request, and issue you a refund, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. It may take up to 5 to 7 business days for such credit to reflect in your original method of payment. If your refund is taking more time than usual, feel free to reach out to us at, and we will look into it for you.

Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this Policy, the
same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.

We may add to or change or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice.
